1. After your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to our questionnaire.
Here, we collect, among other things, your CPR number (required to order the blood test) and important information about your health so that we can tailor our review to you.
2. Your order is reviewed by healthcare professionals.
Before we finalize your order, we must ensure that it is medically appropriate. Our doctor, or qualified staff working under the doctor’s delegation and instruction, will review the health information from your questionnaire and assess whether the order is relevant before approving it. You can read more about our rules in our Terms of Service.
3. Once your order has been medically approved, you will receive an email with a link to book an appointment at one of the hospitals or testing centers we work with.
4. The blood sample is taken by authorized healthcare professionals.
The staff are experienced and accustomed to handling routine procedures, discomfort, and needle phobia.
5. Most results are ready within a few business days and are displayed on sundhed.dk.
In addition, we send an easy-to-understand review based on your analyses and information.
6. After your health check, you will gain insight into whether your results are within the normal range, and whether there may be areas where it would be relevant to make changes or follow up. Where relevant, we can provide general lifestyle guidance.
7. You can repeat your health check regularly to track developments over time, either manually or through our automated solutions.

Currently, these are Herlev & Gentofte Hospital and the entire Region of Southern Denmark, Central Denmark Region, and North Denmark Region.

In addition, the quality and scope of health checks at your general practitioner vary, as they typically focus on individual values rather than providing a comprehensive overview.
At Celto, you choose which areas you want to examine and also complete an in-depth questionnaire, giving you a holistic view of your health.
You will receive the results of your health check in a message through our system. We will review your health information and blood test results. You will also be able to access your blood test results on sundhed.dk.
Your own doctor and other healthcare professionals who have access to your medical record will be able to see your blood test results.
No one other than Celto employees will be able to access your answers in our questionnaire, and only you and Celto employees will be able to see our review of your health check.
We have agreements with some of the country's hospitals and pay for the tests they analyze for us.

Yes. Celto has a responsible physician who holds overall professional responsibility for our health checks. The physician ensures that all requisitions are made correctly and in accordance with current guidelines, and continuously quality-assures the analyses and procedures we use.
Our employees have been trained by the physician to review and communicate health checks in a professionally sound manner, and they consult with the physician regularly on specific cases to ensure a high quality of advice.
Most blood test results are ready within a few business days, but some analyses can take up to a couple of weeks. You can view your results in the MinSundhed app as soon as they are available.
Once we have received your blood test results, it may take up to a week for us to review them, compare them with your questionnaire responses, and complete your health check.
After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link where you can book an appointment at your nearest testing location.

Yes, we process your information confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR and healthcare legislation.
You can choose between our ready-made health checks and putting together your own package.
The results of your blood test are stored in the public healthcare system and can be shared with your own doctor if needed.
Please note, however, that your doctor will typically only review tests taken because of a specific suspicion of illness. If you have had a preventive health check without symptoms, they will therefore not always follow up unless the results give them reason to do so.
If we assess that there is something you should discuss with your doctor, we will of course mention it in our review.
Our guidance is based on your health check and the information you provided in the questionnaire.
We review your results as a whole and highlight where your body appears to be functioning well and where there may be imbalances.
Where relevant, we also provide general recommendations regarding nutrition, sleep, exercise, or stress, always within the professional scope of the test.
This guidance cannot replace individual treatment or a consultation with your own doctor, but it helps you understand where you stand and how you can support your health going forward.
For minor deviations, we recommend having the measurement repeated to assess whether the result persists. If the deviation continues or is considered to pose a greater risk, we recommend that you contact your own doctor for further evaluation.
You have a 14-day cancellation right, as long as the sample has not yet been ordered.
