  2. Approval – We review your application and contact you within 2–3 business days
  3. Onboarding – You receive your unique referral code and information materials
  4. Refer patients – Your patients book blood tests using your code and automatically receive a discount
  5. Receive data and kickback – You gain access to relevant results and receive monthly settlements

Frequently asked questions

Does becoming a partner require authorization?

No. The partnership does not require any authorization. We work with alternative practitioners, trained practitioners, coaches, and other health-related professionals.
Who bears legal responsibility for the blood tests?

Celto assumes full legal responsibility. All blood tests are ordered and handled through Celto, and all patients receive an independent professional assessment of their results from our team.
Do all patients receive counseling from Celto?

Yes. All patients receive a written assessment and advice on their blood tests from Celto, regardless of whether they were referred by a healthcare provider.
As a healthcare provider, can I access the patient’s blood test results?

No. For data security and GDPR reasons, healthcare providers do not have direct access to blood test results. Patients can choose to share their results by downloading a PDF from sundhed.dk and sending it, or by showing you their MinSundhed app during a consultation.
May I actively use the results in my treatment process?

Yes. When the patient shares their results with you, you are free to use them as a basis for tailoring their further treatment. Celtos’s assessment is independent and does not replace your professional approach.
How does cashback work?

You receive a percentage of the revenue from the patients you refer. The percentage is determined individually. Contact us or apply for more information. Kickback can also be used as credit with Celto for blood tests for your own use, with added value. The exact added value will be specified as part of the application.
Can I use my earned kickback for blood tests for myself?

Yes. Instead of a cash payout, you can choose to exchange your earned kickback for credit with Celto and use it for blood tests for personal use. When used as credit, you receive a higher value than with a regular payout. The exact increased value will be stated when applying.
Alternatively, the kickback can be paid out as usual.
When is the kickback paid out?

Kickback is settled monthly against an invoice. There is no minimum payout threshold.
How does the patient flow work?

The patient orders blood tests themselves on celto.dk and uses your discount code. After ordering, the patient receives information and links for booking blood sample collection at public hospitals.
Do I need to take any action as the treating provider after a referral?

No. Celto handles the entire ordering and sample-collection process. You can choose to follow up with the patient as part of your own care pathway if relevant.
Can I pay for blood tests on behalf of my patients?

We do not recommend that. When placing an order, we collect the necessary health information directly from the patient, which is essential for proper handling and advice.
May I market Celto to my patients?

Yes. You are welcome to inform your patients about Celto and market it to them.
Do you offer marketing materials?

Yes. We can provide marketing materials that you can use in your practice and communications.
May I use Celto branding on my own website?

Yes. You may use Celto branding in connection with the collaboration.
Can the partnership be terminated?

Yes. The partnership can be terminated freely by either party.
What happens to the kickback upon termination?

All earned cashback is paid out upon termination.
